Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing projects across the full lifecycle using best practices defined by the PMI PMBOK Guide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, Earned Value Management).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive leadership.
• Mentor junior project team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (active and in good standing) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in Service and/or Rental Power Industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Strong leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience with remote/distributed teams.
• Budget management and contract negotiation skills.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
