Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, are seeking Production team members to join their team. As a Production associate, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay Range: $14-16.10/hr

What's the Job?

• Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.
• Manufacture products to specifications for each custom order.
• Maintain equipment and make adjustments as required.
• Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.
• Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

What's Needed?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.
• Adaptability to a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to differentiate between colors
• Ability to learn new tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
