We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick orders from inventory.
• Operate heavy equipment, including pallet jacks and cranes, to move products safely within the warehouse.
• Build and organize pallets for shipping, ensuring that all items are securely packed.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
