Job Description We are looking for an Okta System Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, including user lifecycle management, SSO integrations, and MFA policies. Manage and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD. Implement and maintain security policies and compliance standards across identity platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, access, and provisioning issues. Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to streamline onboarding/offboarding processes. Monitor system performance and generate reports on usage, access, and compliance. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management Qualifications: Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Okta administration. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong understanding of identity federation, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
