Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough patient assessments, order necessary diagnostic tests, and create customized care plans
- Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health issues, collaborating with physicians or working independently (per your credentials)
- Educate patients and their families on preventative measures, wellness strategies, and disease management
- Prescribe medications and therapies within your practice authority

Licensing and Certifications - Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
