In this role, you’ll work across backend systems and user-facing applications to deliver secure, seamless, and scalable financial experiences. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across multiple regions to bring new features to life. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company where you’ll influence product direction, contribute to key architectural decisions, and help shape the future of digital finance.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for core crypto functionality (wallets, payments, smart contracts, exchange integrations).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) across North America, Europe, and India to launch new features and products.Implement security-first solutions with best practices in authentication, authorization, and encryption.Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code across the stack.Participate in architectural decisions, system design reviews, and code reviews.Contribute to DevOps workflows, CI/CD, and deployment processes across multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Stay up-to-date with the latest in fintech, crypto, and fullstack development trendsRequirements5+ years of experience as a full stack or frontend/backend-focused engineer.Proficiency in modern frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS.Strong backend experience with languages like Go, Java, C#, or Scala.Deep understanding of API design, microservices, and scalable system architecture.Hands-on experience with crypto technologies: self-custody wallet APIs, WalletConnect, Wagmi, Ethers.js, Viem.Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, RPCs, and smart contract interaction.Security-first mindset with knowledge of AuthN/AuthZ, API security, encryption, and SAML.Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Azure is a plus.Passion for building high-quality fintech or crypto products.Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, global team environment.If you are passionate about building simple solutions to complex problems and are obsessed with creating and building value, we would love to hear from you.
