Advocate Health is seeking 2 Family Medicine physicians to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients in Racine, WI. This practice includes an onsite urgent care, which will allow physicians to grow their practice quickly.
Job details - Full-time Family Medicine (36 clinic hours per week)
- Guaranteed floor salary - $305,647
- $25k sign on bonus
- Up to $100k in student loan forgiveness
- Located at 2621 S. Green Bay Rd., Racine WI
- 100% outpatient
- LARGE call pool with minimal after-hours call
- 1 dedicated CMA and 1 shared RD
- EPIC EMR
- Urgent Care is located onsite
