Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Project Coordinator to support safety initiatives, training programs, and compliance efforts. This role will play a key part in ensuring that workplace safety standards are met and maintained across all departments while contributing to broader project management and data reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project management activities related to safety initiatives and compliance improvements
Monitor work areas for unsafe conditions , and take corrective action when necessary
Investigate and document accidents, incidents, complaints, and cases of ill health
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, protocols, and internal guidelines
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data analytics tools
Deliver health and safety training courses to employees and management staff
Create and deliver presentations for training sessions and ongoing safety initiatives
Actively participate in the Safety Committee and support cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Previous experience in health and safety , project coordination , or a related field
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety compliance standards
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Certification in workplace safety (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, or equivalent) is a plus
