We’re hiring Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistants to raise awareness and support for nonprofit organizations through direct, face-to-face outreach and live promotional events.
This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on marketing experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful causes— no prior experience required!
🎯 Role OverviewAs an Event & Promotions Assistant , you will help coordinate and execute engaging in-person events that bring communities together around impactful charitable campaigns. Your role includes managing event logistics, promoting nonprofit missions, and fostering authentic connections that inspire public support.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events
Manage signage, branded materials, and inventory at event locations
Coordinate logistics for retail-based and community promotional campaigns
Engage directly with the public to promote nonprofit initiatives face-to-face
Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all event attendees
Collect and report data to help optimize campaign results
Support team members and assist with onboarding as the team grows
Friendly, outgoing individuals comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team players with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy event environments
Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and community involvement
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
