Join to apply for the Depot Manager role at NuCO2 . Responsibilities include: Supervising a minimum of 1800 accounts and/or 10 employees across one or two depots. Enforcing organizational policies, procedures, and applicable Federal/State laws. Interviewing, hiring, training employees, and managing performance and discipline. Collaborating with the District Manager to ensure KPI achievement and safety compliance. Managing payroll, DOT compliance training, vehicle and equipment audits, and inventory reporting. Overseeing routing, service, installation activities, and ensuring SOP adherence. Handling communication, trip reports, workload adjustments, and timesheet approvals. Candidate must have: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required. At least 21 years of age. Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience with UltiPro Payroll, Inventory Control, and Microsoft Office is advantageous. Clean driving record per NuCO2’s Safety Point System. Strong mechanical skills and basic building construction knowledge. Experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction is preferred.
