What You’ll Do

As a Canvasser, you’ll be the first impression of our company to potential customers. You’ll be walking neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Daily Responsibilities:

• We are seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as neighborhood canvassers
• Your primary responsibility will be to approach homeowners in assigned areas in order to introduce them to our roofing/siding services, and to schedule free consultations with our sales team
• Door-to-door engagement of homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods
• Use of a mobile app to maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions
• Collaboration with team members to strategize effective canvassing techniques
• Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods door-to-door
• Collect contact information and schedule follow-up inspections or appointments
• Report activity and leads to the canvassing manager
• Attend daily check-ins and weekly team meetings

We value character, consistency, and a go-getter attitude over flashy resumes. If you’re a good communicator, like being outside, and have a thick skin for rejection, this role could be the perfect fit.

Preferred Qualities:

• Ability to strike up conversations and quickly overcome objections
• Thick-skinned and able to maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ability to walk for several hours straight in varying climates and keep knocking
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in canvassing or sales a plus—but not required

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $18 per hour, plus bonus and commission pay
