Job Summary:

As a Breakfast Line Cook, you’ll bring precision, consistency, and passion to every plate. You’ll work with fresh, high‐quality ingredients, collaborating with the kitchen and front‐of‐house teams to deliver standout breakfast dishes that meet our fine‐dining standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, season, and cook breakfast items following our recipes and plating standards

· Taste, label, rotate, and store ingredients to ensure peak freshness

· Check cooking accuracy through tasting, aroma, and temperature probes

· Cool and store prepared items at correct food safety temperatures

· Assist in designing and executing innovative breakfast dishes with senior chefs

· Maintain mise en place and keep line stocked and service‐ready at all times

· Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure smooth, timely service

· Uphold the highest sanitation, health, and safety standards throughout the kitchen

· Open and close the kitchen as scheduled, ensuring all prep, cleaning, and storage procedures are completed

Qualifications & Skills:

· 3+ years experience as a breakfast line cook, ideally in a similar environment.

· Strong culinary fundamentals and a refined sense of presentation

· Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality under pressure

· Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional grooming

· Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

· Food safety certification preferred
