📝 Responsibilities:

📂 Handle Diverse Litigation Matters – Manage a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense cases, including contract disputes, professional liability, construction, premises liability, and more.

🏛️ Court Appearances & Motion Practice – Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, handle motion practice, pre-trial hearings, and potentially trials.

✍️ Draft Litigation Documents – Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs that form the backbone of successful case strategies.

🔍 Conduct Legal Research & Discovery – Support litigation strategy through research, depositions, and coordination of discovery efforts.

📞 Advise Clients – Counsel clients throughout all phases of litigation, offering proactive updates, recommendations, and strategic insights.
