We have multiple openings for Answering Service Representatives with a well established company in Dothan, AL.

Starting hourly rate is $14/hour and the rate increases to $16/hour once fully trained. There is also a $2/hour shift differential for weekends.
Multiple shift options are available!

2pm-10pm

3pm-11pm

10pm-6am

Training is typically 3 weeks and will be conducted on 1st shift.

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients
• Provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate call logs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating a multi-line phone is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
